Real Estate Media / Marketing Surface

The Collective Whiteboard

A deliberately finite listing surface — 24 lots, a 168-hour apex window, then permanent SEO archival.

The Problem
  • Listing exposure sites are infinite feeds, so every property competes with every other property and none stand out.
  • Paid listing placement usually evaporates the moment the campaign ends, leaving no lasting search value.
  • Agents want a marketing asset they can point a seller at, priced simply and without a subscription.
What We Built
  • A hard-capped grid of 24 lots, which makes exposure genuinely scarce instead of nominally featured.
  • A 168-hour apex window per lot, after which the asset settles into a permanent, indexable archive.
  • Flat-fee acquisition at $300 with no recurring commitment, handled end-to-end in the platform.
  • Editorial page structure built for search: unique URLs, structured headings, and long-lived indexing.
The Outcome
  • Scarcity gives each listing a reason to be looked at, and the countdown gives sellers a reason to act.
  • Every campaign leaves behind a permanent, searchable property page instead of disappearing.
  • Live and operating as a standalone marketing surface for agents.
